Olives

Description

Fat Hen Farm olives are hand-picked into fresh water then cut and debittered in brine, a traditional process, free of chemicals and preservatives. They are then flushed in pure water and marinated in our Extra Virgin Olive Oil with either:

• Oregano, Sage & Rosemary
• Chilli, Garlic & Lemon
• Basil, Garlic and Balsamic Vinegar
