A deliciously thick, balsamic reduction made from Queensland grown, quality shiraz balsamic vinegar to a special Fat Hen Farm recipe.

This sweet, rich vinegar is perfect for dropping into a bowl of our olive oil to dip with bread, or use it to drizzle with red meat on salads or char-grilled vegetables ….try it with strawberries and ice cream – the possibilities are endless! We’ve even used it in rich beef casseroles and spaghetti bolognese with gorgeous results!
